We collect only what we need to operate Check In. We do not sell data, and client data is used only to deliver the service to coaches.
No data sales
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Coach-controlled
You control the client records you enter and can delete account data.
Consent-based analytics
Landing-page analytics run only after cookie consent.
What we collect
Coach account data
Name and email address for account access.
Client records
Client names, emails, goals, action items, responses, and notes you enter.
Service activity
Check-in history, generated drafts, briefs, ratings, and feedback.
Analytics
GA4 landing-page usage data only after consent, including page paths, session data, and anonymized IP data.
How we use it
- Send check-ins, store responses, and generate pre-session briefs.
- Generate coach-reviewed drafts and summaries from the client context you provide.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the product.
- Measure landing-page usage when analytics consent is granted.
Retention and deletion
We retain data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated coach and client data is permanently deleted.
Roles and responsibility
You are the data controller for client information you enter. Ascendvent LLC acts as your data processor and uses that data only to provide the service.

PolicyYour rights
You can view your data in the app, delete your account from Settings, or request access or erasure by emailing admin@ascendvent.life. California residents may request to know what data we collect and request deletion under CCPA. UK users also have rights under UK GDPR.
