Check In supports coaching workflows. Coaches stay responsible for client relationships, data permissions, and approving anything sent to clients.
Coach-reviewed
We draft messages and briefs. You review and approve client-facing content.
Client consent
You are responsible for lawful permission to store and process client data.
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful use, scraping, reverse engineering, or infrastructure abuse.
Service scope
Check-In by Ascendvent helps coaches draft personalized check-in messages, send those messages, collect responses through web links, and generate pre-session summaries. Ascendvent LLC operates the service.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not share your account with others.
Data processing
You are the data controller for client information you enter. Ascendvent LLC processes that data on your behalf under the Privacy Policy.
Coach obligations
- Obtain appropriate consent before storing or processing client personal data.
- Do not enter client data unless you have a lawful basis to process it.
- Review and approve your client communications before they are sent.
- Use the service only for lawful coaching-related workflows.
Limits of the service
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ascendvent LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by United States law. UK law also applies where required for users located in the United Kingdom.
