What this service does

Check-In by Ascendvent is a tool for coaches. It helps you draft personalized check-in messages for your clients, send those messages, collect client responses via a web link, and generate pre-session summaries. It is operated by Ascendvent LLC.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others.

Coach obligations

You are the data controller for any personal information you enter about your coaching clients. By using this service, you confirm that:

• You have obtained appropriate consent from your clients to store and process their personal data using this platform.
• You will not enter client data for which you do not have a lawful basis to process.
• You are responsible for your communications with clients — we draft messages, you approve and send them.

Acceptable use

• You may not use this service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• You may not use this service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You review and approve all messages before they are sent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ascendvent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

Data processing

Ascendvent LLC processes your data and your clients' data as a data processor on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is stored in Supabase and is deleted when you delete your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where you are located in the United Kingdom, UK law also applies to the extent required.
